Mathematical Model of the Magnetic-Thermal Surface Reinforcement of Polymeric Materials with Carbon Nanostructures and Microdimensional Nickel

摘要
A mathematical model reflecting the process of introduction of ferromagnetic material particles and carbon nanostructures into the molten surface of thermoplastic polymer has been developed. On the basis of the model it is possible to develop technology of surface reinforcement of polymers with different structure, molecular weight, physical properties - both thermoplastic (considered in this work) and thermosetting ones. The adequacy of the mathematical model has been evaluated. The presented mathematical model is sufficiently universal and can be useful as a theoretical basis for various technological processes of surface hardening of polymeric materials.
