摘要
In this paper, the tribocorrosion behavior of an ultra-pure high-chromium ferrite stainless-steel Cr26Mo1 in a 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution was investigated. Results show that the slight damage caused by PEEK to Cr26Mo1 is mainly scratching, micro-furrow, and micro-peeling, while the severe damage caused by Al2O3 to Cr26Mo1 is mainly furrow, peeling, and plastic deformation. The deformed layer in the subsurface of the wear track is closely related to the shear stress applied to the material. Geometrically necessary dislocations and the rotation of crystals greatly contribute to the deformation. The microdefects on the surface and subsurface caused by wear may accelerate corrosion, and the decline of microhardness and H adsorption in the surface layer caused by corrosion could deteriorate wear.
