摘要

•A pilot microfluidic system (PMS) was built to synthesize the nanohybrids.•Ultra-small CoFe-WOx nanohybrids were successfully synthesized by PMS.•The CoFe-WOx nanohybrids displayed excellent multi-modal imaging property.•The CoFe-WOx nanohybrids produced absorption peaks in the second near-infrared region.
