摘要

•Direct synthesis of H2O2 from H2 and O2 is investigated over Pd/Al2O3 catalyst.•Continuous green and safe production is realized by using a microchip reactor.•Optimum condition is identified by evaluating different operation parameters.•The solvent effect is examined and the underlying mechanism is unraveled.
