摘要
•The elements’ diffusion behavior of Ti-steel diffusion samples was studied.•Crystal structure transformation caused a shift of Fe, C and Ti diffusion behavior.•The TiC existed in two forms in the interfacial reaction layers at 900 ℃.•The formation of Ti-Fe compounds was predominant at higher temperatures.
