Acidic-treated TS-1 zeolites with high titanium for cyclohexanone efficient oximation

摘要
•Hierarchical pore TS-1 samples with uniform MFI topology were successfully in-situ prepared by hydrothermal method for the first time.•The skeleton titanium species for the prepared 0.2-CTS-0.04-160 sample in this paper were as high as 3.76 mol.%, which was almost twice than that of the classical TS-1 zeolite.•Compared to the classical TS-1 catalyst with the decline rate of 30.7% and 51.2%, the cyclohexanone conversion of 88.6 % and caprolactam (CPL) yield of 80.2 % for the 0.2-CTS-0.04-160 catalyst can be obtained, whose decline rate was only 7.0 % and 11.1 %, respectively, after repeated use for 5 times.
