摘要

•In this study, we detected that D-lactic acid and α-GST continued to increase in stroke patients within one week.•The APACHEII score, NRL score and HS-mGPS score have some predictive value for the occurrence of AGI in stroke patients.•The degree of neurological impairment in stroke correlated with the risk of AGI.
