摘要

•Coronary bifurcations account for 20% of percutaneous coronary interventions.•It is uncertain if a provisional side branch stenting approach is as effective as 2-stent techniques for bifurcation lesions.•Two-stent approaches, especially the DK-crush technique, are associated with decreased risks of ischemic endpoints compared with the provisional technique with newer-generation drug-eluting stents.
