摘要

•UHPLC-LTQ-OrbiTrap-MS/MS identified the phenolic compounds in durian shell extracts (DSE).•The metabolites and distribution of durian shell extract in rats were studied.•Durian shell extract could effectively reduce H2O2-induced oxidative damage in HepG2 cells.•Durian shell extract could inhibit apoptosis by regulating genes and proteins related to mitochondrial pathway apoptosis.
