Coronary Venous Visualization During Deep Septal Lead Placement: An Unexpected Finding

Left bundle branch area pacing has emerged as a safe and feasible alternative to conventional pacing. Acute septal injury, septal perforation, and arteriovenous fistula are potential risks of deep septal implants.
