摘要

The results of the study indicated that the first cohort of transcarotid transcatheter heart valves of second-generation implantations in Poland were associated with a similar prognosis to TF-TAVI with regard to safety and feasibility. TC access may be considered an optimal alternative for patients, in whom the TF approach is precluded.
