摘要
•Health anxiety (HA) patients and controls performed two tasks during fMRI.•During rest, HA patients showed increased connectivity in a resting-state network.•Activity in this network correlated with qualities of self-reported thoughts.•In a picture task, no group differences were found in ROIs or at whole-brain level.•The groups differed in their behavioral ratings of the images in the picture task.
