摘要

This article describes the results of environmental sampling in out-patient clinics where adults with human monkeypox were evaluated. Viral DNA was detected at low concentrations on high-touch surfaces. Hospital-grade cleaning wipes reduced environmental contamination, usually to undetectable levels.
