Iodine-doped g-C3N4 modified zinc titanate electron transporting layer for highly efficient perovskite solar cells

摘要
Iodine-doped graphitic carbon nitride is in situ synthesized and introduced into ZnTiO3-based perovskite solar cell via a facile glass-assisted annealing route, giving rise a maximum PCE of 19.17 %, which is ascribed to the improved crystalline quality, more favorable energy level alignment and strengthened interfacial cohesion.
