Development of a computable general equilibrium model based on integrated macroeconomic framework for ocean multi-use between offshore wind farms and fishing activities in Scotland

•An integrated environmental computable general equilibrium model is developed.•Negative impacts on seafood sectors by offshore wind energy could show as preserved fish stock.•Increased fish stock benefited from offshore wind energy could slightly spill over the economy.•Results could better inform the policy maker of avoiding environment degradation and maintaining economic productivity.•Multi-use of marine area enhances synergies between OWFs and fishing activities.
