摘要

•For enhancement of quantum efficiency in the silicon solar cell, TRGO and TRGO-MnO2 hybrid are applied.•Band gap reduction in the presence of TRGO-MnO2 hybrid leads to an extended electromagnetic absorption spectrum.•The incorporation of TRGO-MnO2 hybrid reduced the emission, enhancing the Si solar cell quantum efficiency.
