摘要
As a result of whole genome sequencing, data were obtained on the taxonomic and functional features of the rumen microorganisms associated with ketosis. A decrease in sick cows of representatives of the phylum Bacteroidetes was noted. A deeper examination shows that in the rumen of cows diagnosed with ketosis, the number of bacteria capable of synthesizing VFAs of the genera Prevotella, Fibrobacter, Propionibacterium, Succinatimonas has decreased. In the rumen of a cow diagnosed with ketosis, an increase in the number of bacteria of the genus Clostridium, capable of butyric acid fermentation, was noted. An increase in representatives of lactic acid bacteria of the family was also noted. Using the CAZy database, we have identified a number of differences between sick and healthy animals. In the genome of clinically healthy and diseased animals. At this level, obvious differences in the spectrum of produced enzymes responsible for the utilization of complex polysaccharides were revealed. Thus, in cows with ketosis, changes associated with the functioning of the microbial community of the rumen were revealed. Such changes can be associated both with the transition to highly concentrated feeding of newborn animals, and with a lack of energy at the peak of lactation.
