摘要
The need to increase the rate of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has been substantiated. A technique has been proposed to increase the speed of PCR using microfluidic chips. A laboratory model was developed for recording signals from samples during PCR. The characteristics of the design elements of the laboratory layout are presented. The paper presents the characteristics of the main elements used to create the device layout and the results of experimental studies. The validity of the proposed method and the efficiency of the laboratory model in the implementation of the real-time PCR reaction are shown.
