Annotation-agnostic discovery of associations between novel gene isoforms and phenotypes

We present a novel method for associating phenotypes with RNA expression, that can identify expression associations resulting from a wide variety of underlying transcriptional and post-transcriptional events, without relying on annotations of these events.
