A Switched-Capacitor based Amplifier using Organic Thin-Film Transistor

This paper proposed a switched-capacitor based amplifier architecture for the organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) technology. By utilizing the switching characteristics of the device for signal amplification, the design can reduce the influence of OTFT performance fluctuation on the circuit behaviour. An amplifier with gain of 36 is built and simulated to verify the proposed circuit architecture and method, demonstrating the advantages of the switched-capacitor OTFT amplifier.
