摘要
In order to satisfy the needs of China future deep space exploration, high-voltage solar cell array is applied during the design and manufacture stage9 of the specific spacecraft. As severe electrostatic discharge in space can sometimes threaten the safety of high-voltage solar cell array, the reliability of power system should be qualified. In this paper, evaluation methods of solar cell electrostatic discharge test are studied, and the more effective method is performed on current coupon.
