Open assessment of the therapeutic and rate-dependent effects of brain balance center® and interactive metronome® exercises on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

•Fifteen weeks training associated with moderate to large improvement in open study.•Training was associated with rate-dependent effects on activity and attention measures.•Randomized control studies are warranted based on preliminary findings.•Evidence for efficacy cannot be assumed from this open study.
