Systematic analysis of changes in radiomics features during dynamic breast-MRI: Evaluation of specific biomarkers

•Changes in texture features during dynamic breast-MRI can be used to distinguish lesions.•Regression modeling of texture features show earlier peaks in malignant lesions, referable to characteristic contrast-enhancement curves.•Features associated with tissue homogeneity might be of diagnostic value in lesion classification.
