摘要

•Th1 and Th17 cells were activated and Tregs were inhibited in the inflammatory reaction of intestinal mucosa after IRI.•CORM-2 inhibited proliferation of Th1 and Th17 cells to reduce the release of IFN-γ and IL-17 proteins.•CORM-2 upregulated the expression of an anti-inflammatory factor (IL-10).
