摘要

•Patients with pT0N0 pathology exhibit overall favorable oncologic outcomes.•At a median follow-up of 44 months, 16/234 (6.8%) recurrences were noted.•Patients with ypT0 after NAC have a worse prognosis and shorter times to recurrence than those with pT0 after TURBT.•Recurrence and metastasis can be noted as late as 4 years after radical cystectomy.•Prudent long-term follow-up is essential.
