摘要
•As the use and outcomes of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) for older patients has been increasing, it is important to study the effects of HCT on distress, psychosocial functioning, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in older HCT survivors, particularly to uncover areas that would benefit from targeted interventions.•Older survivors experienced a low level of distress and moderate-high level of confidence in survivorship information (CSI) at ≥1 year post-HCT.•Lower distress and higher CSI are associated with improved HRQOL and optimized preventive healthcare utilization, and thus distress scale and CSI measures can be used to individualize the care of older adult HCT survivors.
