Research on Resistive Loading Method of Monocone Antenna

In order to extend the time window of the monocone antenna and reduce the voltage reflection at the end of the monocone antenna, the methods of loading conductor extension wire and resistive loading at the end of cone body are proposed based on the 0.4 m monocone antenna and the effectiveness of the methods are verified by the resistive loaded monocone antenna established in this paper. The results show that the methods to extend the time window and reduce the voltage reflection by loading conductor extension wire and resistive loading are effective.
