Nomogram model based on radiomics signatures and age to assist in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis

•The LR radiomics model has the best classification performance among the four radiomics models.•A nomogram model based on anterior-posterior and lateral X-ray images and age is helpful to the accurate diagnosis of KOA.•Nomogram model may help to improve clinical decision making especially in older patients.
