Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation for Patients with Multiple Myeloma with Translocation (4;14): The MD Anderson Cancer Center Experience

•Outcomes of patients with t(4;14) multiple myeloma remain poor despite novel agent induction, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HCT) and post-transplantation maintenance.•Achieving minimal residual disease-negative very good partial response or better prior to auto-HCT was associated with improved progression-free survival and overall survival (OS).•Post-transplantation lenalidomide-based combination maintenance was associated with improved OS.
