Finite-time flocking of the Cucker-Smale model with rank hierarchy

In this paper, we investigate the Cucker-Smale finite-time flocking with rank hierarchy. By applying the inductive method, we constructe an appropriate energy function to get that unconditional finite-time flocking occurs for $0 \leq \beta \leq \frac{1}{2}$. Finally, one numerical simulation is given to illustrate our result.
