摘要

•Oxide dispersion strengthening improves thermal stability of ultrafine grains.•Tempered ODS-CLAM-Zr samples had both high strength and elongation.•The coarsening of rod-shape ZrO2 phase at high temperature was the main reason for the decrease of material strength.
