A social media data mining approach to understanding patient satisfaction in regard to mastopexy surgery

The explosion of information from online social media sites yields a relatively new and exciting data opportunity that can be utilized to better understand elements of the physician-patient interaction that patients consider to be paramount. Already, research has demonstrated that a plastic surgeon's social media presence can significantly impact the ability to garner patient interest. 1 Sanati-Mehrizy P. Margulies I.G. Sayegh F.
