摘要
A 42 year old man, having undergone a Bentall and hemi-arch replacement for a type A dissection four years previously, presented with acute chest pain. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) demonstrated a pseudoaneurysm of the ascending aorta 10 mm above the right coronary artery (A, asterisk). Using left common carotid artery (CCA) access, endovascular aneurysm repair was performed using two 36 × 45 mm Conformable GORE EXCLUDER AAA Aortic Extenders (B, arrow, WL Gore & Associates, Flagstaff, AZ, USA). Follow up was complicated by Mobitz II atrioventricular block resolved spontaneously. The post-operative CTA showed complete exclusion of the pseudoaneurysm (B, arrow), and the patient was discharged on post-operative day four.Image 1
