摘要
•We reviewed publications reporting OCD-related mCPP effects on rodents.•Most studies used mCPP 1.0 mg/kg administered acutely, i.p., in adult male rats.•Increased defensive and compulsive behaviors are commonly seen with mCPP.•mCPP also often decreases locomotor activity.•More studies with females and assessing other features of OCD are still needed.
