Characteristics of CO2 Circulating Absorption by Sodium Humate and Potassium Carbonate
2019 2nd Asia Conference on Energy and Environment Engineering (ACEEE)(2019)
摘要
Using sodium humate as carrier and potassium carbonate as precursor as a new absorbent for cyclic absorption of CO
2
, the absorption property and theory of CO
2
were explored. The effects of potassium carbonate loading rate, absorption temperature, absorption time, absorbant quality and cycle times on the absorption quantity of CO
2
were studied. The surface morphology characteristics of the absorbents were observed by SEM, and the optimum operating conditions for the absorption of CO
2
were studied and analyzed. The experimental results show that the addition of sodium humate significantly improves the absorption performance of potassium carbonate to CO
2
. The optimum loading rate is 50%, the most appropriate reaction temperature is 60, and the best absorption time is 15 minutes.
