摘要
A 73-year-old woman with primary open angle glaucoma presented due to irritation and decreased vision 1 month after Ahmed glaucoma valve revision surgery for tube exposure. Her tube had been initially implanted six years prior to the revision, for which a new cornea patch graft was placed with conjunctival advancement. There was 2+ conjunctival injection, a conjunctival epithelial defect overlying a corneal patch graft but no recurrent tube exposure, 1+ anterior chamber cell, a fluffy white lesion adjacent to the tube base, and trace anterior vitreous cell (Figure 1).
