The petrogenesis and metallogenesis of the Chakabeishan Li-Be pegmatitic deposit in Qinghai, NW China: Evidence from Geochronology, Geochemistry, and mineral geochemistry

•The Chakabeishan pegmatitic rocks are pegmatite type based on the CMS classification and have six internal vertical zonations.•The magma was originated from ancient metasedimentary rocks and finally intruded in the Late Triassic controlled by Paleo-Tethys Ocean subduction process.•Vertical zones are formed by mild crystal fractionation, melt-fluid immiscibility and metasomatism after emplacements.
