Ceftolozane/tazobactam, ceftazidime/avibactam and cefiderocol belong to a novel generation of antibiotics that correspond with the ss-lactam family. It is necessary to having new options in treating infections caused by Gram-negative, non-fermenting multidrug-resistant bacilli due to the significant increase in multidrug resistance in the last decades.
