摘要

•High seroprevalence of T. gondii was found in samples of blood donors.•IgM(−)/IgG(+) donors had higher levels of systemic mediators.•IgM(+)/IgG(+) donors were found as high producers of some systemic mediators.•The biomarker signatures may help distinguish between IgM(−) and IgM(+) donors.•Correlation network showed a high connectivity among the mediators in IgM(+)/IgG(+).
