摘要
We used solid lipid nanoparticles(SLNs) for brain delivery and systemic dose reduction of Metformin as a hydrophilic drug. The SLN formulation was designed using Design-Expert. The nanoparticles were formulated then physicochemical experiments were performed. After induction of brain trauma and injection of nanoparticles, the neuroprotective effects of metformin nanoparticles were investigated.
