MRI presentations of Müllerian duct anomalies in association with unilateral renal agenesis

•MRI presentations of URA-associated MDAs are diverse, and usually complex.•URA is most commonly seen in HWW syndrome, ipsilateral to the obstruction.•URA can also be seen in unicornuate uterus and atypical MRKH syndrome.•Ectopic/absent ovary might be associated with URA in MRKH and unicornuate uterus.
