摘要

•Efficient one-pot sample preparation was used for preparing IgA1 O-glycopeptides.•It is the first UHPLC-QqQ-MS/MS method for plasma IgA1 O-glycopeptides analysis.•Sixteen IgA1 O-glycopeptides were identified as biomarkers for IgA nephropathy.•Decreased sialylation profile was associated with kidney function statistically.
