摘要
Radar micro-Doppler (m-D) is a prominent feature of ballistic targets, which provides an important means for warhead recognition. However, when the micro-motion of ballistic targets is accompanied by macro-motion, the periodicity of time-frequency representation (TFR) will be disturbed, so it may be difficult to extract m-D features from TFR. In this paper, the circular average magnitude difference (CAMD) coefficients of TFR are used to estimate the precession period of ballistic targets with macro-motion. The simulation is carried out without and with macro-motion, and the results verify the effectiveness of the method.
