摘要
Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (BSLE) is an autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease rarely occurring in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Histopathology manifests neutrophilic inflammatory infiltrate and abundant mucin deposits in the dermis. Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) shows linear or granular IgG or IgM, or both, and IgA at the basement membrane zone. We herein report a case of BSLE in a 65-year-old female associated with lupus nephritis.KeywordsBullous systemic lupus erythematosusBullous pemphigoidDermatitis herpetiformisDiagnosisEpidermolysis bullosa acquisitaLinear IgA bullous dermatosisPathologySystemic lupus erythematosus
