摘要
An 18-month–old boy presented with wheezing, cough, and concern for foreign body aspiration. His mother reported that he was chewing on a crayon 2 days prior and had a choking episode. He had no medical history. At presentation, he was tolerating oral intake and did not have vomiting or drooling. His vital signs were normal. On examination, he had expiratory wheezing on the right and mild subcostal retractions. Radiographs were obtained (Figures 1 to 4).
