Peristaltic Flow of Ferromagnetic Fluid in a Vertical Slot with Mixed Convection

摘要
The present article deals with analytical investigation of the peristaltic motion of ferromagnetic fluids through a vertical slot with mixed convection under long wavelength and low Reynolds number assumptions. An appropriate perturbation solution is obtained which satisfies the momentum and energy equations. The effects of various flow parameters on velocity and temperature have been investigated graphically. The impact of uniform pressure gradient along with magnetization parameter and thermal Rayleigh number shows significant influence on velocity and temperature of the fluid flow.
