摘要

•bipyridine adducts of Zn/Ni N-methyl-N-phenyldithiocarbamate were synthesized.•Geometries were established via spectroscopy and single-crystal diffractions.•Cytotoxic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory studies were carried out.•Best a ntioxidant properties were observed in the DPPH assay for the adducts.•The cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory properties were established.
