Application of Electromagnetic Probe in Microwave Thermoacoustic Imaging

In order to solve the problems of high price and complex system of optical ultrasonic probe in non-contact microwave thermoacoustic imaging (TAI) technology. In this paper, a non-contact TAI based on electromagnetic ultrasonic probe is proposed. Through the research on the performance of electromagnetic ultrasonic probe and the non-contact TAI experiment of sauce oil tubes, the feasibility of non-contact TAI based on electromagnetic ultrasonic probe is verified. These results of this paper provide theoretical and experimental data support for the development of non-contact TAI such as burn evaluation.
