摘要

•Among breast cancer survivors, adhering to endocrine therapy (ET) can be challenging.•Three personal values strategies for promoting ET adherence were evaluated.•Values were directly linked to health or ET adherence in each strategy.•Mixed methods showed that values exercises were generally experienced positively.•This was found in the immediate and longer-term, and in comparison to Education.
