Electrochemically assisted wide area Raman with standard curved surface quantification method

摘要
The surface area information of the substrate was obtained through electrochemical technology, and then introduced into the standard curve as a new variable to obtain a 3D standard curved surface, which effectively corrects the signal difference between the substrates. Moreover, the wide area Raman method was introduced to reduce the signal difference within the substrate. Both of them improved the repeatability of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection.
